If you are dissatisfied with your mysupplies purchase you can return it for a full refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of your purchase. To receive full credit, all merchandise must be in resalable condition in its original packaging.
Please DO NOT mark or write on the box or packaging. By law, perishable/food items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom items (printing, rubber stamps and custom ordered furniture) are not returnable.
Request for returns purchased after 30 days to 90 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact your sales representative or our customer service department to arrange for the return pick up.
